Amber Heard’s Workout Routine For “Aquaman” as Filming Nears

Amber Heard has started preparing for the upcoming movie, Aquaman, starring Jason Momoa and Willem Dafoe. The movie is set to release in early October 2018 and will begin filming in May in Queensland. Jason Momoa, the Games of Thrones star, will play the Aquaman lead with Amber Heard acting as his love interest and wife, Mera.

Heard is trying her best to be in shape as filming nears and is excited about the costume she will be wearing. She says, “It’s interesting. It’s like, half suit of armour, half scales. I don’t know, it’s strange. But we’re in the process of building it now, so it’s coming along.”

Amber Heard’s Workout Routine

Amber Heard was never fond of gym workouts, and even while preparing for her role in Aquaman, she prefers doing outdoor workouts. She loves exercises which make her sweat like hiking, running, playing tennis, and Pilates. She expressed her views about working out in the gym and said she doesn’t like the idea of going into a place and having a set routine. She said, “I’m pretty active. I’m just not into hitting the gym. I do move, I do workout. I like to hike, I run, I ride horses. I just like to keep it fun and mix it up.” As long as Heard stays in shape by keeping her body moving, the routine goes unnoticed.

For Amber Heard, health comes first. She believes that by improving your health with a good diet and exercise plan, you will probably look good. She says women go to the gym to look better, and get discouraged if they don’t see faster results. Heard believes in focusing on health rather than sporting a lean physique. She said, “ Once you start working out, you feel better and it becomes something you make time to do.”

Amber Heard’s Diet Plan

Just like her workout routine, Amber Heard doesn’t have a diet plan, although she adheres to some basic healthy eating principles. Despite a busy schedule, she tries to prepare her own meals and abstains from dining out most of the time. She cooks her own food so she can keep a check on the calories and nutrient content by using fresh and healthy ingredients.

She has made a habit to eat healthy and is devoted to it. Heard even buys and eats whole food ingredients. Before she buys anything, she checks the ingredients and opts for only those foods with ingredients she recognizes. She chooses minimally processed foods over highly processed ones. She said, “You feel better when you’re eating food that retains nutritional value.” Her diet includes a large portion of lean proteins, vegetables, and fruits.

Amber Heard always looks great and we are sure her fans are curious to see her on the big screen in her upcoming movie.
