Armie Hammer, Joe Manganiello Enjoy Midnight Espresso: Fit Stars Speculated to Work Together in next DC Comics Movie

Joe Manganiello took to Instagram to share a pic in which he was enjoying a midnight espresso with Armie Hammer.

The first thing anyone could notice is Manganiello’s big bicep which makes Hammer’s head look small. Hammer also feels the same way and commented #joesarmsmakemyheadlooksmall.

Joe Manganiello and DC Films co-head, Geoff Johns, are following actor, Armie Hammer, on Twitter which makes us believe that the stars may be working together in the next DC Comics untitled movie with Batman. Read on to know the stars fitness routine.

Armie Hammer’s Workout Routine

Hammer gears up for workouts with his trainer, Jordan Feramisco. He works out six days a week and does high-intensity, explosive movements with little rest in between reps.  He works out with medicine balls and medium weights so that he can move the weights faster and tone his muscles. Hammer focuses on strength and uses works out his abs in lot of exercises to slow down the movements.

“He loves training, especially doing fighting and jujitsu,” Feramisco tells People. He continued, “He likes to do the same kind of strength-training workout that all my fighters do.” In taking a look at the fighting scenes from, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., he demonstrates immense strength and persistent energy. It was a result of his intense fight training.

The action star is dedicated to working out even when he is not shooting for a film. He likes to stay active and is always excited about working out.

How to Get a Body Like Joe Manganiello

Joe Manganiello works with celebrity trainer, Ron Mathews. His workout routine for a week is listed below:

Day 1: 45 minutes low to medium-intensity cardio, 1.5 hours of weightlifting focusing on the chest and back, 20 minutes of low to medium-intensity cardio.

Day 2: A drop set with seated pulley rows. He does a set of five reps, then drops weight and does another set of 10 reps. He then drops to a lower weight again and performs 15 reps.

Day 3: 45 minutes low to medium-intensity cardio, 1.5 hours weightlifting focusing on abs, legs, and triceps, 20 minutes of low to medium-intensity cardio.

Day 4: 45 minutes low to medium-intensity cardio, 1.5 hours weightlifting focusing on the shoulders and biceps, 20 minutes of low to medium-intensity cardio.

Day 5: 45 minutes low to medium-intensity cardio, 1.5 hours weightlifting focusing on the legs and triceps, 20 minutes of low to medium-intensity cardio.

Day 6: 45 minutes low to medium-intensity cardio, 1.5 hours weightlifting focusing on abs, shoulders, and biceps, 20 minutes of low to medium-intensity cardio.

HIIT Intervals

Jogs on the treadmill for 5 minutes at 7.5 (MPH), Increases the speed to 10 (MPH) with a 7.5 incline, Runs for 15 seconds and rests for 45 seconds. This completes one round.

Does 9 more rounds, Increases the speed on the treadmill to 12 (MPH) with a 10 incline, Runs for 10 seconds and rests for 50 seconds. This completes one round. Does 9 more rounds
