She said, “But I think that if you just stick to something you can really achieve so much.” She added, “It’s crazy but I think that you know if you set your mind to something I think you can succeed.” Now, this is great advice to follow.
Not only is Hadid is genetically-gifted, but she is also an equestrian rider which helped her with an athletic physique. She also knows that her weight fluctuates. She said, “My weight fluctuates and so does everybody’s and I think that if people are gonna judge, that’s the worst you can possibly do because everybody is different.”
How did she prepare for her runway walk? Well, she obviously followed a dedicated workout regimen. The model admitted that she worked out for two hours at the Gotham Gym in New York City. Her workout routine included 15 minutes of cardio every day.
