The Batman star is back with his new film, Live by Night. The final trailer of the film is released and showcases Ben Affleck, Elle Fanning, and Zoe Saldana with strong and fit physiques. Live by Night is scheduled for a limited release on December 25, 2016, before a wide release on January 13, 2017.

Ben Affleck’s Workout Routine and Diet
Affleck did not get a chiseled physique overnight—he works hard for that ripped shape. The Batman star includes muscle building exercises into his workout regimen. He works out five to six days per week and also includes strength training, cardio workouts, martial training, bench presses, squats, deadlifts, bicep curls, and resistance training in his workout routine. He goes for a jog three times a week for thirty minutes as well. The star possesses immense strength and prefers performing his own stunts which other stars would not even dream of.
Affleck believes in a balanced diet of proteins, carbs, and healthy fats. He consumes 5,000 calories per day which may seem high, but it compliments his intense workouts. Protein is an important element for muscle building so Affleck consumes 250 grams of protein in a day. He doesn’t rely solely on supplements for his protein requirements—he includes egg whites, grilled chicken, turkey, almonds, walnuts, and green beans. He seldom has protein shake. He believes in eating clean and that includes oatmeal with banana, baked sweet potato, fresh fruits and veggies (especially the green ones) in his diet. His diet is nutrient packed, and he avoids eating junk and processed foods.
Zoe Saldana Diet and Workout Routine
Saldana keeps away from dieting, especially crash and starvation diets. Though she doesn’t stick to a particular diet plan, she eats healthy and believes in moderation. If one day she indulges heavily in pasta, the next day she will balance it out by eating healthy.
She loves food a lot, and since her profession demands a lot of traveling, she explores foods from a different regions. She also makes sure she works out enough to burn the unnecessary calories she is consuming.
She tells The Oprah Magazine, “You can’t forget that you only live once; you have to enjoy the pleasures of life, and you also have to enjoy the work in life. That means that if you like to eat, then work out, be healthy. Keep that heart strong and healthy!”
She works with her personal trainer Steve Moyer who keeps on varying exercises for her. She admits to being an active person throughout her life and hits the gym regularly. “I get bored really easily,” she told Women’s Health. So she goes to the experts to help motivate her. “If I didn’t have a trainer to push me, I’d go walk for about 15 minutes.” She loves sports like skiing and does Pilates to gain flexibility, endurance, and muscle strength in the glutes, back, abs, and legs.
Her healthy habits have surely benefited her and will keep her strong and lean in the long run, too.
Elle Fanning Workout Routine and Diet Plan
Fanning’s favorite workout is ballet dancing which helps her stay in shape and burn of calories as well. She works out six days per week to keep her body strong and flexible. She enjoys Pilates and has been spotted a number of times heading to a Pilates session.
Elle Fanning eats barbecue chicken, collard greens, buttermilk biscuits and chicken patties. She likes to drink grapefruit juice. She indulges in chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, and tacos—all in moderation of course. Being young, she is already blessed with a high metabolism, however she ensures she eats healthy and works out, too.
