Bradley Cooper has always seduced his fans with his looks and fit body. The father-to-be was spotted as he headed for a jog at Santa Monica on Tuesday despite his post-Christmas holiday with girlfriend, Irina Shayk.

The fitness freak wore a full-sleeved black top and paired it with blue tracksuit as he managed to engage himself in a light jog. It counts!

Bradley Cooper’s Incredible Workouts

Bradley Cooper is not a newbie to gym workouts, and staying fit is not tough for the actor. To prepare for American Sniper, Cooper had to gain weight. The hunk bulked up 40 pounds with his intense workouts(four hours per day!) and an 8,000-calorie diet.

Bradley Cooper revealed his workout routine, telling The Hollywood Reporter, “Every weekday from 6 to 8, I’d go to the gym with Jason Walsh and Kristen O’Connor [all heavy weights, no cardio, 6,000-calories diet]; 10 to 12, I would work with Tim Monich, who’s an amazing dialect coach; then 2 to 4:30, I’d go back to the gym; and then 6 to 8, I’d go back with Tim.”

Cooper’s trainer Jason Walsh plans his workout routine that includes heavy weight training and little cardio.

His routine looks as below:

Circuit 1
5 sets of 8 to 12 reps of
Deadlifts
Jump Squats
Walking Lunge

Circuit 2
4 sets of 8 to 12 reps of
Dumbbell Row
Kettlebell Swings
Squat To Press

Circuit 3
3 sets of 8 to 12 reps of
Bent-over Rows
Step Ups
Seated Cable Row

Circuit 4
3 sets of 12 to 15reps of
Standing Calf Raise
Hanging Leg Raises
3 sets of 30 seconds reps of Side Planks

Do one set of each exercise in Circuit 1 and then rest for 60 seconds. Repeat the circuit again.

After completing the first circuit, you can move on to the next one. The circuit training helps Cooper burn fat and build muscles.

What Does Bradley Cooper Eat?

To play Chris in American Sniper, Cooper had to bulk up,  so he consumed around 8,000 calories per day. He stuck to a diet planned by his trainer Jason Walsh and implemented by his chef Kristin O’Connor.

He ate almost every hour. Although Cooper doesn’t stick to the 8,000-calorie diet now, he continues to eat healthy. Let’s take a look at his diet plan.

Cooper’s Diet Plan

His breakfast consists of whole grain bread French toast, with egg whites and cinnamon. He opts for a mixed berry protein shake as a mid-morning snack.

He eats lots of proteins throughout the day like fish and lean proteins, and healthy fats like almonds and avocados. For lunch he has a sweet potato tuna melt.

His dinner is a combination of carbs and proteins that includes spaghetti and meatballs with spaghetti squash. He avoids red meat and instead prefers meatballs made of turkey or chicken breast.

When sticking to a nutrient-rich diet is difficult for him, he opts for protein shakes and protein bars.
