Candace Cameron Bure’s Diet Plan

Cameron Bure follows a strict diet plan. The supermom is eating healthy for herself and has instilled the healthy habit in her children too. She eats a lot of nutrient-dense and fresh veggies like broccoli, lettuce, squash, zucchini, and cauliflower. While people crave for unhealthy foods like pizza, pasta, and burgers, Cameron craves for veggies.

Her cravings are so intense that she cannot live a single day without them. She has a sweet tooth and craves for ice cream and chocolates. She does indulge in them, but in moderation.

In her younger days, she suffered from the eating disorder, bulimia. She admits to being a victim of the eating disorder after getting married to former NHL player Valeri Bure. She has recovered from it and swears by the eating principle – eat until you are contented, not until you are packed.

Her vegan diet includes nuts, seeds, beans, and whole grains like quinoa for protein. To satisfy the body’s protein requirements, she has a shake made with Shakeology powder, banana, and almond milk.

Her favorite food includes ahi tuna poke bowls with brown rice and cabbage in coconut milk. She also loves eating salad made of kale, tomato, avocado, and quinoa. Her snacks include fresh fruits like an apple. Prior to workouts, she eats a Nugo Slim vegan protein bar to avoid getting exhausted.

Candace Cameron Bure’s Workout Routine

The star heads to the gym for three days, where she dedicates 30 minutes to cardio on elliptical or treadmill. Then she does intense weight training for 20 minutes. She likes to have diversity in her workouts; and so, for the other two days she does yoga and Pilates.

The high-intensity weight lifting has helped her tone her arms and legs and fused her with immense strength. Her husband’s trainer introduced her to the intense weight training, and she is very pleased with the outstanding results.

Cameron Bure loves mud racing. The beautiful star loves to get covered with mud while she participates in the adventurous activity, which apparently refreshes her and also fills her up with energy.

When she is with her family, they play a lot games, especially tennis. Residing next to the beach has also helped her achieve a healthy body. She goes for a walk along the beach side with her husband. They do a myriad of exercises, including push-ups and lunges.

If she works with trainer Kira Stokes, her workout sessions extend up to two hours. It includes resistance training, functional movements, and cardiovascular conditioning using free weights, body weight, and gliders. It also includes portable equipment like jump ropes, resistance bands, and BOSU and weighted balls.

While Cameron Bure’s workouts appear difficult, her healthy eating is very simple and clean. You must definitely give it a try once!
