Don’t Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak is always one to speak her mind. She most recently opened up to Entertainment Tonight and shared how she would love to have a seventh child with her husband, Kroy Biermann.

Kim Zolciak Fitness Secrets
Former Bravo The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, gave birth to her youngest children (who happen to be twins, Kane and Kaia) at the end of 2013. After her pregnancy, she decided to get back into great shape by starting a cleanse. She revealed this news on social media (her Instagram account) and even revealed her personal chef would be joining her in the challenge. Zolciak usually likes to do this cleanse every three months.

It involves her drinking a glass of a diet formula mixed with water in the evenings before bed and first thing in the morning. It helps manage her cravings for sweets—especially for bikini season.
During her run on Dancing with the Stars, Zolciak suffered a mini-stroke, which was a shocking and eye-opening moment in her life. Since then, she has been very serious about adhering to a healthy lifestyle. Although her exact diet is unknown, it’s not a stretch to assume that she sticks to a heart-healthy diet that is low in saturated and trans fats, cholesterol, sugar, and sodium.
Zolciak also admits that one of her fitness secrets is to drink plenty of water, especially before bikini season. She believes this to be very helpful in flushing out all the nasty toxins that accumulate in the body, and she is right! It also improves skin complexion and decreases bloating, which no one wants while wearing a swimsuit.
Zolciak gets in cardio workouts by chasing around her six children and being a mom, claiming that she really doesn’t sit down very much. The great thing is that even though her lifestyle doesn’t allow her to spend two hours in the gym every day on the treadmill or working out, she still stays active by being a full-time mom and business woman.
Her diet is free of red meat, which Zolciak says she doesn’t like at all. She sticks with poultry, which is much leaner and has less fat. She also says red wine with almost every meal is her “remedy” for keeping weight off. So, the takeaway here would be to drink water frequently, get in some cardio somehow, and eliminate or reduce red meat consumption.
Being a curvy woman, Zolciak is a big advocate for body positivity. Being healthy doesn’t necessarily mean being super thin. Being comfortable in one’s own skin and feeling good from the inside out is more important than your dress size. This is a great piece of advice and such an excellent message for her oldest daughter, Brielle Biermann, who is a bit like her twin.
