Emma Stone does have a svelte and glamorous look. On the November cover of Vogue, she appears magnetic like never before. She wore a pixie-cut wig that hid her shoulder-length locks and a revealing top. In another image, she flaunted her toned body in a polka dot gown.
The La La Land actress, who is also a co-star with Ryan Gosling in the movie, revealed the diet and workout behind her enviable body.
Emma Stone’s Work Out Plan
Stone revealed in an interview that she loves doing the workouts that she enjoys. She prefers swimming over running, as she feels the latter is bad for your knees. While training for Spiderman, she discovered that she had deep-seated rage that came out whenever she held weights over her head. Her anger comes out during her workouts.
When asked about her exercise routine, she revealed to PopSugar Fitness: “At the moment I don’t do that much, but I know I need to change that. I’m trying to get into Yoga, I like it and apparently it’s very good for you. As well as yoga, I do a bit of meditation.” Her personal trainer Armando Alarcon makes her to do a combination of the following exercises:
Rock Climbing: It’s her favorite cardio exercise, and she usually does it at the Chelsea Piers in New York. It helps workout each and every part of the body.
Pilates: Her fitness instructor Mari Winsor helps her with Pilates. Incorporating it into Stone’s daily workout routine has helped her achieve a slim and lean figure. The following three exercises can be done for a body like Emma Stones: The 100, single leg stretches, and crisscrosses.
She loves doing Pilates as it is important for her health, but otherwise she hates lifting stuff over her head. It puts her in a bad mood, she says.
Although she’s blessed with a lean figure, she still needs to workout to ensure her body remains flexible and to increase her stamina. Her acting skills and chiseled physique landed her a role in The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
Emma Stone’s Diet: The ex-girlfriend of Andrew Garfield is a big foodie and sometimes gives in to her indulgences. She has a great metabolism that prevents her from bulking up. She says she hates the Hollywood diet that makes celebrities eat a piece of chicken and beans and makes them work out rigorously.
She feels that one must eat healthy and also take care of themselves. She maintains a balance of exercise and healthy eating, and is against exerting herself and fad dieting.
