Her facial expressions and body language eradicated all the possibilities of the malfunction unless it is actually seen. But how was the model able to manage it so easily and look confident, too? She enticed the audience with her captivating svelte body.

Workout for Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Hadid’s toned body and rock hard abs are a result of dedication to hard work. Her workout for those enviable abs includes:
A light warm-up of boxing for 10 minutes
Crunches – three sets of 40 reps
To raise the heart rate she does high-intensity boxing for 10 minutes
Bicycle crunches – three sets of 40 reps, kicking each leg out once per crunch.
Holding a plank for 60 seconds while maintaining good form with abs tight, back straight, and the neck in a neutral position
Leg raises – four sets of 25 reps
Hadid has been working with her trainer, Rob Piela, for more than two years. He carefully plans workouts for each celeb and it involves core elements in their routines. It includes bodyweight training, jump-rope cardio training, and a three-to-one boxing ratio—three minutes of sparring with one minute of core-strengthening exercises.
Her workouts comprise boxing and floor exercises four times per week to strengthen her core. She loves boxing and it’s a fairly new addition to her fitness routine. She told Vogue, “When you’re boxing, you get so into it mentally that you kind of forget what’s going on, you forget that you’re working out.” She continued, “[y]ou always want more.” Some of her favorite moves include the jab and uppercut. She also jumps rope for lean legs and concludes her workouts with ballet-inspired floor exercises.
Diet for Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Hadid has a healthy diet and her sugar intake is at a minimum. Something many people don’t know, is that sugar is more a cause of weight gain than healthy fats are. She tries making her own food most of the time, but she doesn’t stick to eating healthy all week long. She indulges in burgers, Grasshopper Pie, sushi, and fries.
She changes her diet when she wants to. “I can eat healthy when I want to and I can work out every single day and I can have the body for a certain runway show if I need to, but that doesn’t mean that I’m doing it in an unhealthy way,” she told Daily Mail Australia. “The biggest thing I always say is eat clean to stay fit, and then have a cheat day to stay sane,” she said.
Her breakfast includes eggs and baked beans, both being full of proteins. She loves scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast from Smile. For lunch Hadid eats arugula salad, and may hit J.G. Melon for her favorite burger in New York City when the craving strikes.
Of course makeup always does the trick to hide imperfections and highlight features, however, she tries to be as natural as possible. She keeps herself hydrated with orange juice and lots of water.
