Gwyneth Paltrow Embraces Wrinkles, Continues to Work Out, Diet for Fit Body

Stunning actress, Gwyneth Paltrow, 44, holds no secrets as she ages gracefully and is looking fit and beautiful as ever. She is very poised as she accepts her wrinkles, and she told People recently, “Of course I have wrinkles [and] gray hair. But I genuinely love it. This is who I am.”

She said, “I feel good about [it]. I think it’s incredibly sexy. … And I wouldn’t want to erase years off my face or to travel back in time for anything.” Her expression is full of confidence, something that most fans will wish to emulate.

She took to Instagram and posted a selfie on her 44th birthday. The post was captioned, “#nomakeup for my 44th birthday, embracing my past and future. Thank you for the instalove #goopgoesmakeupfree @goop. [sic]” The photograph reveals her wrinkles and the actress looks beautiful and radiant.

The actress is currently focused on her lifestyle site, Goop, and with her upcoming beauty book, Goop Clean Beauty, there is a lot of excitement among fans.

Gwyneth Paltrow took to Instagram and posted, “Don’t think about it yet, but order now for New Years resolution detox help! Available for pre-order on amazon. #goodcleangoop [sic]”

The book reportedly talks about what to eat, clean sleeping, the use and power of antioxidants, importance of exercises, and the best part—some delicious skin-boosting recipes.

The official Instagram account for Goop recently shared a photograph of the book. The post was captioned, “In it you’ll find everything from detox-friendly recipes to foam rolling 101 to skincare tips.”

Meanwhile, Paltrow talked of being happier in her 40s, she said, “I really believe that when a woman turns 40, she gets a software upgrade. I have never been happier,” and added, “part of that is just accepting where you are in time and space.”

Gwyneth Paltrow is committed to her fitness regimen. She is trained by fitness guru Tracy Anderson.

Her go-to workout routine includes punches (specifically  V-punches) and walking planks. Her regular workout routine focuses on exercising the smaller muscles groups and are designed to burn fat.

She also includes cardio workouts, crunches, and working out different parts of her body like arms, legs, glutes, and abs.

She also reminisced about her initial workout routine, when working out used to be hard for her. She told Hamptons magazine, “I remember there was a certain point when I felt like I was going to cry. I just physically and mentally couldn’t do it anymore. It was too hard for me.”

She felt motivated by Anderson, and said, “[Tracy] said to me, ‘Don’t even think of it like that. It’s not an option. It’s like brushing your teeth. You get up and do it.’ I had such a powerful shift that day. [Tracy] showed me how to take the option out of it and make it something you do for self care as a woman who wants to feel good in her body and feel healthy and strong.” This is definitely a wonderful take-back for fitness fans.

Gwyneth Paltrow recently stressed the importance of clean sleeping, and said, “The lifestyle I lead is based not just on clean eating, but also on clean sleeping: at least seven or eight hours of good, quality sleep—and ideally even 10.”

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Diet Plan

Paltrow follows a strict diet regimen. She also likes to do a cleanse once a year and does not believe in any weight loss diets.

Her diet plan includes consumption of organic foods and local foods. She eats very limited processed food. The mother of two revealed, “In my house, the food is healthy.”

When it comes to cheat days, she has an ice cream, bag of chips, candy, or a soda. When she’s feeling bloated, she prefers to have a citrus smoothie, which works as a natural diuretic.

Her lunch could include a big salad with grilled chicken, and she keeps her dinner flexible. She told Women’s Health, “Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes.”
