Heidi Klum Instagrams Post of Sailor-Inspired Bikini: Here’s How the Actress Looks So Great at 43

Last month Heidi Klum attended the Emmy Awards looking fabulous in a shimmery cut-out gown that showed off her toned abs and slim figure.

Now it is back to work for the mother of four.

Last week the supermodel, 43, was flaunting her amazing bikini body in a number of two-pieces for a photoshoot near the sea at an exotic location.

Pictures were posted to her Instagram account of the model in the bikinis as she played in the water. She even shared a few video clips of herself and her team as they jumped and goofed around in the water.

One clip had her in a striped navy triangle bikini that showed off her defined midriff. She could be seen leaping into the air with her arms outstretched as friends gathered around. They looked like they had a great time.

She later changed into a black triangle bikini and did a hair flick out of the water in another Instagram video. She captioned that video with, “Love the boomerang.” The video seems to have been shot in a dark cave with turquoise-colored water that is found in many tropical locations.

The model is mother to four children, two sons and two daughters. She divorced musician Seal in 2014 after nine years of marriage and lately has been spending time with Vito Schnabel, 30, an art dealer.

Heidi Klum’s Workout and Diet

Heidi Klum is very fit and has continued with her fitness even after her days as a Victoria’s Secret model. When it comes to the working out, even Klum has days when she doesn’t want to exercise. But she says that good music and cute workout clothes get her motivated.

She loves to work out to hip-hop because the beat keeps her going. Her exercise routine is built right into her lifestyle so that she can make sure it gets done, which can be tricky with four children to care for.

Swimming and going to the park with her kids are two of her favorite activities. Having her kids be active and incorporate it into their daily lives is important to Klum. Klum eats a balanced diet, which is just as important as regular exercise. She says she pretends it is bikini season all year long and regularly makes healthy decisions.

Another favorite workout for Klum is a long run along the Hudson River in New York City because it is a beautiful path, she says, and she feels surrounded by community. Seeing the same people running every morning inspires her to keep going. There’s also a Starbucks at the end of the route, she jokes. Motivation comes in many forms.

Fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins serve as the core foundation of foods in her diet. In 2013, she made a New Year’s resolution to drink a fruit-and-veggie smoothie every morning, and now it is a life habit for her.

She likes to keep a balanced diet but isn’t a fan of deprivation diets. If Heidi Klum wants a cheeseburger, she’s going to have one and enjoy it.
