Heidi Klum shows off her slender figure on Instagram, Project Runway host’s diet secrets revealed

Project Runway star Heidi Klum showed off her slender figure on Instagram recently.

The German model posted one image making a “duck face” while posing in a bralette and zippered skirt, and the other was of a nude Klum holding up a T-shirt to raise funds to end hunger.

If you ever wondered what Heidi Klum’s age is, the model is 43 but looks nowhere near it.

Klum has her own lingerie and bathing suit companies, which are fitting for the model because she has a killer bikini body. When it comes to her diet, the 5-foot-9 beauty sticks with limiting her carb intake and eating plenty of vegetables. She also steers clear of bagels and enjoys smoothies for her breakfast.

Klum regularly eats healthy and makes it a point to avoid unhealthy food options, especially processed foods. She likes all things fresh and even makes German-style food herself at home.

To accompany her healthy eating, Klum regularly works out and tries to get a sweat session in at least once a day. She enjoys hiking or running on the treadmill when she’s at home. She’s also been known to perform workouts in her hotel rooms when she’s away.

Her workouts primarily consist of circuit-style training, which includes strength training, lunges, step-ups, and rows. For her flat tummy, Klum focuses on core-centric exercises.

Klum isn’t too concerned about aging. She admitted in Self magazine, “I don’t think of getting older as looking better or worse; it’s just different. You change, and that’s OK. Life is about change. I don’t have anxiety about [aging], so I’m not running to get Botox. Maybe that will change, but I don’t think so. I feel comfortable in my skin and comfortable with aging, so I think it’s OK that I get wrinkles.” It doesn’t look like Klum will be showing any wrinkles anytime soon; in fact, it seems the former Victoria’s Secret model doesn’t even age!

To keep herself going, Klum also likes to make daily to-do lists where she sets herself goals and works towards accomplishing them.

But Klum is human, and like many of us, there are days where she just doesn’t feel like exercising. She combats this lack of motivation by picking out fun and cute workout clothes to encourage her to get moving.

Klum has also admitted that she doesn’t allow herself very many cheat days, which is, in part, because she has incorporated her exercises into her overall lifestyle. For example, she will go swimming with the kids or head to a park to keep active.

There’s no denying that Heidi Klum continues to look amazing, even in her 40s. With dedication to her workouts and healthy diet, Klum has managed to freeze the hands of time.
