The combination of chocolates and strawberries is heavenly, and no one can resist them. There are a number of variations on how to make chocolate-covered strawberries. Try these delicious and easy-to-make chocolate-dipped strawberries recipes for Valentine’s Day 2017. Simple Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 20 strawberries with stems, washed and dried

Melt the white and semisweet chocolate in separate bowls over a saucepan partly filled with water. Remove from heat and set aside.

Line a baking sheet pan with waxed or parchment paper. Hold the strawberry by the stem and dip it in the chocolate mixture. Lift it from the mixture and twist it to let the excess chocolate fall off.

Place the strawberry on the parchment paper and repeat with the other strawberries. Then, dip a fork in the white chocolate and drizzle it over the strawberries.

Put the strawberries aside to set, about 30 minutes.

Chili Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 10 large strawberries with long stems
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¹⁄8 teaspoon ground pure chili powder, such as ancho

Directions

Add the chocolate, cream, and butter to a heat proof bowl and melt it over a pot filled with water. Add chilli powder to the mixture and stir.

Dip each strawberry in the chocolate mixture and let the excess chocolate drizzle back into the bowl. Place the strawberries on a parchment paper and chill for 30 minutes to set.

Nut and Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pretzel rods
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 3 (4-ounce) bars semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 8 long-stemmed strawberries

Directions

Chop the nuts and the chocolate. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate mixture and then roll them in the nut mixture.

Place the strawberries on a parchment paper and chill to set.

Valentine’s Day Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole packs of large-sized strawberries
  • 2 whole dark chocolate chocolate bars (3.5 ounces) each
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 whole white chocolate bars (3.5 ounces) each
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup mixed Valentine’s sprinkles

Directions

Melt the white and dark chocolate separately in two bowls on a double boiler. Add oil to both bowls and mix. Dip the strawberry in the dark chocolate mixture and drizzle off the excess mixture.

Place it on the parchment paper and garnish with the sprinkles. Repeat with white chocolate mixture. Chill the strawberries to set.

Red and Green Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • ¹⁄3 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 20 large strawberries, washed and dried well

Directions

Add the chopped chocolate to a bowl and melt it over a double boiler. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate mixture and then roll them in the pistachios. Place the strawberries on a parchment paper and chill to set.
