Looking at Iggy Azalea’s flat tummy and hourglass figure, it would be safe to assume that the Australian singer follows a strict diet plan with a side of hardcore workouts.

Diet and exercise have worked to give Azalea an incredible body that she fits into some rather revealing outfits. But even though she looks good and many people envy her fit physique, the singer says that she struggles with her body image.

Azalea says that some days she wants to crawl into her cave and doesn’t feel confident at all, while other days she will feel great about herself and how she looks. But she doesn’t beat herself up about it.

She adds that it is human to feel this way and that feeling great about oneself 100 percent of the time is probably not realistic. She embraces her flaws and encourages others to do the same.

A high-energy performer, Azalea works out regularly and has a balanced diet plan filled with healthy foods. Her workouts involve a lot of cardio, squats, and lunges.

Working out with friends is something she really likes to do because she says they often push her to try harder. A friend of Azalea’s encouraged the star to try the 30-day squat routine that has been circulating on social media, a challenge Azalea accepted quite eagerly.

Tennis is her favorite sport and she has been playing since childhood. Playing a sport that you love removes the idea that you are working out from your mind, making you more likely to relax and enjoy yourself. Cardio workouts such as tennis are important for Azalea, who is also a dancer and does heavy dance routines as part of her shows.

Her smoothie contains kale, organic fruit, almonds, goji berries and other healthy, organic ingredients. One of her health tips is to eat as many wholesome, nutrient-dense foods that you can to stay healthy and energetic. This way you use your daily calorie amounts wisely, getting the most bang for every calorie taken in.

Some of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet are:

  • Salmon and other types of fatty fish
  • Kale, the most nutritious of all leafy green vegetables. Get this gem of a vegetable into anything and everything you can think of.
  • Seaweed. It is high in minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium and manganese.
  • Garlic. Add to soups, stews, and other dishes. If you can handle it, swallow a clove whole every day.
  • Potatoes. It is worth adding this carb back into your diet because it has so many nutrients in it.
  • Liver. Not many can stomach this organ meat, but if you can, it will deliver many nutrients to your body.
