Jasmine Tookes, Gigi Hadid, and Karlie Kloss are just some of this years Victoria’s Secret Angels who will walk the runway. Although it takes plenty of work to get show ready and get a fit body, these ladies don’t hold back once the show wraps up.
The models dished on their diets and workouts, which they stick to prior to walking the runway, but once the show is done many of their eating habits drastically change, which includes eating pizza.

After the annual Victoria Secret’s fashion show, all the girls enjoy a large party size pizza. It’s a much-needed break from the grueling exercise and diet plans that many of the Angels adhere to leading up to the show—the pizza is very well deserved. Some Angels have even admitted that the end-of-the-show pizza feast becomes a party. The ladies get comfortable, dance around, and enjoy pizza for all the hard work and dedication they have put forth leading up to the big event.
Hadid told Cosmopolitan after this years taping of the show, “Lily’s having a pizza party after this, so I’m really excited. And obviously, everyone knows I’m obsessed with burgers, so I’m going to J.G. Melon, my favorite burger place, and then having a French toast bagel. I’ve been planning it. I’ve planned everything in advance.”
As you can see, models aren’t always up to their best behavior, and they very much trump the rumor that models don’t eat—they not only eat, but they love the very foods that we do.
When not devouring pizza, Tookes, Hadid, and Kloss live pretty healthy lives. Tookes fitness plan consists of plenty of weight training exercises, and she specifically works on her butt and legs so they can look their best in tiny lingerie.
To prepare for the fashion show, Tookes works out for seven days a week for a month prior to shooting. Although this may seem like a lot, it isn’t for Tookes, who is an avid gym-goer even when not prepping for the runway.
Tookes diet consists of mainly protein and fresh vegetables in order to build muscle.
Hadid loves boxing; she even gets boyfriend Zayn Malik to take part in this exercise routine too. You won’t see Hadid partaking in the ever-growing popular SoulCycle, though. She admitted to trying it once and hated it. Instead she partakes in weightlifting exercises, cardio, and boxing to achieve her slim figure.
Kloss, too, enjoys a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She carries around snacks with her wherever she goes to curb any cravings she may have.
Kloss works closely with a personal trainer, but has been involved in sporty activities her whole life. Her trainer helps her schedule her workouts into her ever-busy lifestyle to ensure she is still taking the time to get in her workouts.
