The bra is created from 9000 gemstones, and is so heavy it requires her to do back-strengthening exercises.

Her workouts are pretty simple, and they include barre classes, weight training filled with squats and lunges. There is no specific diet that she follows—she eats almost everything.

Catching a glimpse of a $3 million Fantasy Bra may be luck, but getting the honor to flaunt it is not luck alone, but a combination of luck and hard work.

Jasmine Tookes, Victoria’s Secret Fantasy Bra model, will showcase the $3 million Fantasy Bra this year, while showing off her super toned and sleek body. The bra was crafted from 9000 gemstones and was so heavy it required her to do back-strengthening exercises.

The brunette beauty says she feels happy to be the first dark-skinned model to hone the bra, nine years after Selita Ebanks and Tyra Banks. In the previous years, Lily Aldridge, and Brazilian supermodels Gisele Bunchden, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrosio got to hone the Fantasy Bra.

“I feel like it’s such a milestone for Victoria’s Secret to have a woman of color wearing the fantasy bra, because there’s only been two in the past,” Tookes tells Fashionista in October. “It’s major, and I think it’s awesome I get to represent that.”

“I love being able to share with people how to be healthy and take care of their bodies,” she continues. “A lot of my fans will say, ‘Thank you so much, I got into working out because of you,’ and I love that because I love being able to motivate people.”

Since her childhood, she has been active and played volleyball and softball, and practiced gymnastics for 10 years. Now she feels she must stick to yoga for a lean and flexible body. Her workouts are pretty simple, and they include barre classes, weight training filled with squats, and lunges.

Jasmine Tookes’ Eating Habits

Looking at her super slim body, one may think she has some strict dieting rules that would keep her away from junk and processed foods. She might be eating a lot of fruits and veggies and salads, and all those healthy stuffs.

So, when asked about her diet, she tells The Cut, “I hate to say this, but I’m one of those people with an extremely fast metabolism. I eat, eat, eat, and yet I can’t seem to gain any weight.”

“Lobster and crabs are favorites. Also, I LOVE pizza … I think I could eat pizza every day.” When the Victoria’s Secret show is lined up, she prefers cooking by herself and grills chicken with veggies.

Her sample diet plan looks like below:

  • She loves to eat sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich for breakfast.
  • She likes to include lots of proteins in her diet, and eats grilled chicken with veggies like broccoli and zucchini, and some rice for lunch.
  • Her dinner is generally some steak with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
  • She loves to eat peanut butter and protein bars. She includes fruits like apples in her diet.
  • Her fitness tip for her fans include staying hydrated by consuming lots of water and keeping active.
