Or

Puffed millet cereal with banana

Or

Oatmeal with whipped egg white and whole-wheat bread with apple butter

Lunch

Salad made of cheese, lentils, cucumber, and tomatoes

Or

Celery soup and a salad made of white beans, tomatoes, and parsley, chives, or green onions

Snacks

Apple with almond butter

Dinner

Fish cooked with nuts and steamed green beans

Or

Salmon with asparagus, shallots, and mushrooms

Or

Consuming veggies before meat or starch improves your health and digestion.

Replace Pasta

Replace pasta with grated veggies and top them with a pasta sauce.

Mexican food, pasta, and pizza are her favorite foods, and she enjoys them on her cheat days.

Aniston’s Workout Plan

Aniston exercises five to six times a week and finishes her day with a set of sit-ups and stretches.

“I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination of all three. Then I do Pilates one day a week, and I do yoga in addition to that, three days a week. I try to mix it up,” she told InStyle magazine.

She prefers doing arm exercises when she’s watching television or talking on the phone. Aniston’s yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, helps her define her muscles with yoga positions like planks, crescents, and the tree pose.
