Actress Jennifer Aniston may be 47 years old, but she looks as good as any 20-year-old woman. Tabloids suggest not all is well with Aniston, though, who is rumored to be having marriage trouble with husband Justin Theroux. The latest rumor is that the couple is putting their divorce on hold, according to the magazine In Touch.

That being said, Gossip Cop reports the rumor to be false. It seems that Aniston and Theroux were never going to divorce in the first place; and so, there is no divorce to call off. Also, a mysterious source told Life & Style magazine that there would be a divorce announcement over the holidays and by the end of 2016.

Since Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are still together, we can assume that all the rumors are false.

Overall, 2016 was a great year for Aniston despite being body-shamed and age-shamed by tabloids. In July, Aniston wrote to the Huffington Post, saying that she is not pregnant, and is fed up with body shaming and scrutiny that occurs daily under celebrity news, journalism, and the First Amendment. Aniston added that how the media portrays her is against an unrealistic standard of beauty and is how women are perceived in general.

Aniston believes that people should stop buying tabloids and that women should support other women. Aniston works hard to look great with a regular workout routine and a healthy diet plan. Let’s take a brief look at the workout and diet of the former Friends star.

Jennifer Aniston Reveals Her Workout Routine

Aniston has a strong, toned, and lean feminine body through her disciplined workout routine. Each day exercise is different for the actress. For instance, when she had a hip flexor injury, she would perform barre exercises. Yoga was difficult for Aniston at that time, so she would do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, and then an hour of barre.

On other days, Aniston will enjoy a spinning and yoga combination class. She will spin for a half hour and then do yoga for 40 minutes. Aniston will also implement a gym workout and strength training routine to her exercise program. She also likes Pilates and training on a stationary bike, treadmill, or an elliptical. When Aniston is too busy due to her schedule, she will perform equipment-free exercises like stretches, squats, yoga, crunches, or lunges in the morning or night. These exercises can be performed any time and anywhere.
