Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Enjoy Breakfast in LA: Couple Focus on Healthy Food amid Pregnancy and Divorce Rumors

Miracles from Heaven star Jennifer Garner has stirred up a lot of gossip over the past few weeks regarding her relationship with estranged husband Ben Affleck, who produced and stars in his latest movie called Live by Night. The two have been separated since 2015, but a divorce seems nowhere in sight. Now reports have surfaced that the estranged couple is trying to mend fences by trying for baby number four, but Gossip Cop has come out as saying that report is false and that Jennifer Garner is not pregnant with their fourth child.

The two announced they were divorcing in June 2015 after 10 years of marriage. They have three children together, whom they co-parent amicably, and putting family first seems to be their number one priority. Garner and Affleck have been spotted together twice in the past couple of months without their kids. In September, they were seen going for dinner in Santa Monica and on Nov. 4, they were seen having breakfast together in Los Angeles. Is reconciliation in the air?

Garner told People magazine in August, “We are definitely a modern family. We’re doing really well.” She even stated that her family’s dynamic is “children first” and that spending quality time with them is what’s most important to her and Affleck.

What’s the best way to keep yourself strong amidst the chaos that life can sometimes bring? Making sure that food and fitness are top priorities. Proper nutrition and regular exercise have been shown to improve immune system functioning and decrease rates of illness and feeling unwell. And Jennifer Garner knows this.

The mom of three typically works out a few times a week, unless she has to prepare for a role that requires her to be exceptionally fit—but those roles seem to be a thing of the past for this actress. Garner will combine cardio, weights, and Valslide into her workout routines. She does work with a personal trainer, Valerie Waters, and the two have worked together since her Alias days. Her workouts can be done at home, which is ideal for her as a mom with young children. When time permits, Garner runs.

Since filming for Alias stopped years ago, the actress has quit depriving herself of the foods she loves. Garner, 44, is done making herself crazy trying to lose weight for roles and special events. The star has said she dieted for so long in the past that she can’t and won’t go back to that way of life. Eighty percent of the time she eats right, and consumes a lot of salads. The other 20 percent of the time will involve pizza because she loves it and her kids eat a lot of it.

Ben Affleck is usually an easy-going guy with a standard body, and he eats pretty much whatever he wants. But all that changed when he played Batman. The actor threw himself all in for that role, exercising an incredible amount in order to put on muscle, lose fat, and look spectacular in the ever-so-form-fitting Batman costume. And he did a fine job of it all!
