Hart recently Instagrammed the Men’s Fitness cover pic from the forthcoming issue and captioned it, “Now available in South Africa #HustleHart #MoveWithHart.”
Men’s Fitness also proudly posted on Instagram, “Pick up your latest December issue of Men’s Fitness SA, featuring comedic superstar @kevinhart4real.” His fans will surely be on the lookout for the forthcoming copy which highlights his fitness routine.
Hart’s fantasy adventure film, Jumanji 2, is expected to be released on December 22, 2017. The film is directed by Jake Kasdan and also stars Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, and Nick Jonas. The superstar also took center stage in a groundbreaking film, Kevin Hart: What Now? With splendid performances, the comedic star never fails to amaze his fans, and this also holds true when it comes to his fitness.
The superstar has an enviable physique and follows a hard core workout to stay in shape. He is trained by celebrity personal trainer, Ron “Boss” Everline. Hart recently posted a video of his workout on Instagram which has already hit 1,000,000 views. He captioned it, “Lil man is getting stronger….I benched 245 today. Kevin Hart’s Workout and Diet
The talented comedian is a fitness sensation, and believes that a healthy lifestyle makes you better, plain and simple. He says, “Being healthy is important to me because you get one life.” There no shortcuts or excuses for Hart, who never misses out on his workouts. He starts off his day at 5:30 a.m. and spends time on his workout routine.
His workouts do not include Bosu ball squats, Olympic lifts, or exercising on fancy machines. Instead, he focuses on circuit training to build his upper body and includes bench presses, push-ups, rows, curls, and dips. To him, staying active is important, and he is totally committed to his fitness regime. He told LA Times, “Exercise gives you longevity, lets you be your best.”
The Jumanji 2 star likes to stick to a clean diet. He prefers healthy eating and that includes eating brown rice, baked chicken, vegetables, and salads. He says, “I’m not a foodie, so it’s not hard for me to stay in the healthy diet area. I’m a structure guy, so as long as it fits the structure, then I’m happy.”
Though Hart believes in having cheat days, he knows the importance of sticking to eating clean and he says, “… but as you eat cleaner and you do get accustomed to the healthy side of living, those cheat days aren’t as important because you don’t really want to mess up what you’ve worked so hard to accomplish.”
