Aldridge looked amazing and sultry in the black-and-white photos, which really showed off her edgy side as she was pictured in a leather jacket and a black velvet dress.

Aldridge has been an Angel since 2010, and each year she continues to look amazing as she heads down the runway.

Aldridge is a big fan of Ballet Beautiful, which is a style of exercise in which participants train like ballerinas. This type of workout is what helps keep Aldridge looking so lean. Her trainer is Ballet Beautiful creator Mary Helen Bowers, who completely transformed Aldridge’s body, according to the model. Depending on her schedule, Aldridge will partake in Ballet Beautiful three to six times a week.

When it comes to nutrition, Aldridge follows a healthy diet filled with plenty of avocados and green vegetables.

Aldridge opened up to StyleCaster about what she typically eats in a day. She said that for breakfast, she enjoys eggs, maybe with some avocado. For lunch, she enjoys a salad that contains plenty of green vegetables along with quinoa and other veggies. Her dinners are quite simple with just a lean protein like fish and some more vegetables.

When it comes to beverages, Aldridge enjoys green juices with some ginger and, of course, more vegetables!

As you can see, Aldridge eats pretty healthily; even her guilty-pleasure treat isn’t that guilty. She admitted that hers is English breakfast tea with a scone and clotted cream—doesn’t seem like that much of a cheat treat to us!

Aldridge is a strong believer in oils to maintain her radiant skin. Her favorite is Rose-Marie Swift’s night oil, which you apply and sleep with overnight. She said that it helps tighten up pores and keep skin supple.

In order to prep for the VS Fashion Show, Aldridge has admitted to working out twice a day! The model will exercise for an hour in the morning and an additional 30 minutes in the evening, switching between cardio exercises and Ballet Beautiful.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Aldridge said, “[I’m] eating healthy. Lots of roast chicken and vegetables, eating clean. I mostly cook my own food so I know everything that’s going into it. And I do a lot of Ballet Beautiful. I usually do two workouts a day leading up to the show.”

Even though Aldridge’s routine may seem intense for some, she said that she actually enjoys all the extra work it takes to get runway ready. “I love working out, and I love when I have the time and I can really focus on it. It feels good. You have a goal and you accomplish it.”

Aldridge is one super-dedicated Angel when it comes to walking the runway for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Aldridge and the rest of the ladies were all in Paris to film the show, which will be broadcast in December.
