Former Disney teen queen Miley Cyrus was spotted with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth as they were heading out for dinner. Despite being in the public eye for her weird fashion sense, the American beauty is not scared of playing around with her appearance.

Her workout regime and balanced diet have loaded her with confidence to rock the bizarre fashions on her incredible figure. We all desire to know Cyrus’ body secrets and now we know!

Cyrus’s Workout Combo

For that toned body, Cyrus puts in a lot of effort – from installing a Pilates studio in her home to running, cycling, horse-riding and swimming. She is often seen hopping onto her stylish cycle, riding with her friends and swirling around with her boyfriend.

Cyrus has long worked with famed Pilates trainer Mari Winsor five to six days a week to tone her core, thighs, glutes, waist and butt. According to Winsor, Pilates is a body sculptor, which helps in strengthening the abdomen and toning the stomach.

While many of her favorite workouts require Pilates equipment, she also loves mat-friendly moves like the hundred, double-leg stretch, and criss-cross.

While on the run, Cyrus uses Winsor’s Lower Body Pilates DVD along with Flat Abs Pilates.

Cyrus’ abs workout includes 30 minutes of crunches a day, but Winsor believes that it alone does not give the star a tight tummy.

Dancing (twerking) and rehearsing are additional steps the “Wrecking Ball” singer takes towards a healthy body.

Winsor’s workout regime has given Cyrus astonishing results which can be clearly seen in her long toned legs and her svelte figure.

“She wants to be healthy, she wants to have good abs. It always makes her feel better and clearer when she works out,” Winsor told People magazine.

Cyrus’ Balanced Diet

Cyrus prefers a balanced and natural diet that is gluten-and-lactose-free.

She tweeted about her diet back in April 2012, telling her followers, “For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about the weight, it’s about the health. Gluten is [crap] anyway!”

She then added, “Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, [physical] and mental health is amazing! U won’t go back!”

The talented starlet really works hard and does not look down on those who condemn her. Her sculpted figure is an explanation in itself!
