Valletta enjoys playing a variety of sports, as she has always dreamed of being a pro Olympian. She also works out with the help of her personal trainer, and her sessions are often 90 minutes long, outdoors at a local university a few times a week. For her washboard abs, Valletta completes exercises that focus on her core along with lifting weights.
