New Year’s Day Hangover Brunch 2017: Best Places to Dine around NYC

New York has limitless options when it comes to dining out. This year, many places are serving New Year’s Day hangover brunch in NYC to make up for the previous night. Loaded with thousands of brunch options, the city shall be bustling with folks who are on the look-out for delicious breakfast and lunch options.

This is a list of popular places in NYC to head to, post the New Year’s Eve party.

Restaurants Serving New Year’s Day brunch in NYC:

Shay & Ivy, located on 39 West 24th Street, is all geared up to serve a brunch on New Year’s Day and lunch on January 2nd, 2017.

The menu will feature some delicious meals like Stuffed French Toast with blackberry preserves, ricotta and apricot honey; the ginger skirt steak salad and Shay & Ivy burger topped with aged white cheddar. You may also pick from PSL Panna Cotta with pumpkin, espresso, spiced whipped cream and praline crumble or the whopping six layer chocolate cake for desserts.

Bobcat Bonnie’s will serve build-your-own Bloody Marys, smoked salmon sandwiches, omelettes and Captain Crunch French toast for brunch, which starts at 10 am.

The classy Chazz Palminteri Ristorante Italiano by Chazz Palminteri, will feature some elegant, old-style Sicilian meals. Alongside, it will also feature other Italian specialties, viz. Risotto Di Mare, Linguini Nero, Saltimbocca Alla Romana, along with a range of wines to pair them with.

Brooklyn Street Local will be operational from 10 am to 4 pm on January 1st. The Michigan Avenue brunch restaurant will keep its menu simple and serve breakfast poutine, pastries, virgin breakfast cocktails and coffee.

Rebelle, located on 215 Bowery in NYC is another chic restaurant which does an excellent brunch. Headed by Chef Daniele Eddy, the menu for New Year’s brunch will be kept sophisticated with Eggs Benedict with Foie Gras and Paris ham; Carrot a la Plancha and a Trifecta Cheese Miche.

Best known for their innovative cooking styles and focus on seasonal ingredients, Chef’s Club on 275 Mulberry Street will feature an elaborate a la carte brunch menu with delicious options like Roasted Squash Salad, Low Country Seafood Pan Roast and Duck Hash.

Little Town NYC, located on 118 East 15th Street primarily focuses on getting flavors from small towns and neighborhoods to NYC, to give diners an opportunity to savor the best.

For New Year’s Day brunch, Little Town shall be serving Arthur Avenue Angel Hair Pomodoro, a choice of wings including Corona Queens Tequila Lime or Brooklyn Batter Up and a “Central Park Caesar Salad.”

Bagatelle, located on 1 Little West 12th Street, is well-known for its elaborate brunch parties. The restaurant will feature Truffle Roasted Chicken and three-cheese Lobster Ravioli along with its traditional “hangover specials.”
