Niall Horan Reunites with Stunning Ellie Goulding: Who Could Resist Taylor Swift’s Super-Hot Friend?

It seems former couple Niall Horan and Ellie Goulding have reunited at the Jingle Ball. The Burn singer and former 1D band mate have been performing across the U.S. for the Jingle Ball concert. The two previously dated, but it seems they are just really good friends now as they not only share the stage but also share a few laughs.

Although Goulding is known for her amazing voice, she appears to be making a dent in the fitness world, too. The singer often posts pictures and videos to her Instagram that reveal her intense workouts.

The athletic and strong Goulding has made working out and healthy eating a strong part of her life, and she looks amazing as a result.


Ellie Goulding Workout and Diet

Goulding loves running and suggests that it gives her an amazing “buzz.” For Goulding, exercise and running is all about feeling good, and she seems to be pretty addicted to feeling good because she is always doing something active. In an interview with Shape, the singer explained, “I love the idea of my body being how it should be—in shape, active, and able to deliver. The more I train and see muscle definition, the more inspired I am to push myself harder.”

For Goulding, working out isn’t about being thin; it’s about being strong. She has said that she sees herself as athletic; and so, she isn’t trying to attain a supermodel thin figure.

As for her diet, Goulding first began as a vegetarian and eventually transitioned to vegan. She has noted that eliminating meat and animal products from her diet has given her much more energy, helped her skin look better, and changed her shape more easily. Overall, she indicates she is a much happier person as a result.

You may not think that a woman like Goulding has time to train as hard as she does while being a top-notch singer and performer. But for Goulding, it’s all about making it work and finding that balance. Both music and fitness are equally important to her, so she definitely makes doing both work. She had this to say about her work/fitness life, “I am training my body and that helps not only my life but also my job so I have enough energy on stage and can deal with everything I have to do.”


Aside from being an avid runner, she also enjoys yoga, martial arts, dance, and above all, she loves to laugh, which is probably her biggest secret to happiness and being lighthearted.

As you can see, Ellie Goulding has made fitness a very important part of her everyday life. Her dedication to her workouts and clean eating have given her a killer body along with amazing strength, which allows her to maintain her high energy both on and off the stage.
