Olivia Culpo was found lighting up the red carpet at the 2016 NHL Awards in Las Vegas this past week as a presenter. However, it is Olivia Culpo’s diet that is really scoring these days. The 24-year-old former Miss Universe is apparently obsessed with sweet potatoes and sweet potato toast.

Sweet potato toast is a healthy food that can be added to any diet. Sweet potatoes make a gluten-free toast. Simply chop sweet potatoes similar to bread slices, and add them to the toaster.
When the sweet potato pops up, you can add a combination of any ingredient to it. Some common ingredients that have frequently been seen on social media include avocados, eggs, smoked salmon, bananas, and nut butters. Olivia Culpo has used granola, almond butter, honey, peanut butter, blueberries, strawberries, and flaxseed for her sweet potato toast recipes.

As mentioned, Olivia Culpo also loves to eat almonds and bananas (especially unsalted almonds before a photo shoot). Bananas also help calm the model down before she goes on stage. The potassium in bananas is important for nerve health and fighting irritability. Other ‘go-to’ foods in Olivia Culpo’s diet include steamed veggies and pineapples.
