Olivia Munn looked fit while she flaunted her toned leg in a black Tanya Taylor gown at the red carpet. The star looked gorgeous in the three-dimensional flowered gown, pairing it with pink pumps. She took to Instagram to sing the praises of her comfortable pink pumps designed by Chloe Gosselin.

Gosselin was a finalist for the Vogue Fashion Fund Award, and Munn feels Gosselin deserves to be honored after slipping into her comfy pumps.

We believe the star speaks out her mind. She did not step back from supporting Aly Raisman after she was bullied in her teens for being too strong. Raisman Instagrammed a pic captioned, “Don’t ever let anyone tell you how you should or shouldn’t look. There is no such thing as a perfect body type.”

Munn loved Raisman’s message and showed her support by reposting it on her Instagram.

The actress believes in healthy eating and sweating out. Keep reading to find out more on her fitness routine.

Munn’s Rigorous Workout

For X-Men, Munn worked out everyday; she trained in sword fighting and martial arts in order to be able to do her own stunts. The incredible stunts consisted of flipping through the air to slice a car in half, spinning a katana, and many others. “My intention was to just get as fit and as healthy as I could be, for myself,” she told Women’s Health in its June issue.

When she started to shoot for X-Men, she ate healthy and did regular workouts with a personal trainer. Her goal was not to lose weight but to be healthy. She trained six to seven hours for the grueling role. At the end of the shoot, she lost 12 pounds! Page Six regarded the actress as “scarily skinny” when she showed up to the Oscars the red carpet in 2015.

Munn’s Diet Secrets

To keep herself feeling healthy, she ate foods available at the farmer’s market. It fueled her for the rigorous workouts and for the shoot, too. She says, “I also started getting into eating 20-80, where 80 percent of your diet is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is whatever.” She is not only the one who adopted the 80/20 diet; celebrities like Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady have also stuck to it.

Munn tells ET Online, “The thing that I’ve kept up since X-Men is eating organically. That’s been a big part of, I think, feeling healthy, feeling fit, feeling clear. Knowing that you’re putting only clean foods into your body, that’s been a really important thing for me.”

Her day starts with a smoothie made from almond milk and she eats healthy for the rest of the day, too. But if Munn has a craving for onion rings or Kraft mac & cheese, she will surrender herself to such indulgences. She told WebMD that she avoids processed foods and if she couldn’t see every ingredient in a dish, she wouldn’t eat it.

While following the 80/20 diet, Olivia Munn cut back on meat and included nuts and seeds as the sources of proteins. After the filming of X-Men wrapped up, she didn’t stick to 80/20 diet but still continues to eat clean and healthy.
