Personal trainer and entrepreneur Jillian Michaels is best known as an original trainer on the NBC reality TV show called The Biggest Loser. Michaels was also featured in The Biggest Loser spin-off series called Losing It with Jillian. Although Michaels last appeared on The Biggest Loser in 2014, she still regularly shares healthy workout and meal ideas with fans.

The 42-year-old shared an omelet recipe recently that featured eggs, spinach, green onion, and hot sauce. She also posted a workout video of a diamond belly button pushup.
