Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup chopped granny smith apples
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 tablespoons almonds or walnuts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
Directions
In a bowl, combine rice, apples, celery, raisins, chutney and nuts. | |
