Mango Chutney Brown Rice Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup chopped granny smith apples
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 4 tablespoons almonds or walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney

Directions

In a bowl, combine rice, apples, celery, raisins, chutney and nuts.
Add oil and mix well.
