Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s fans might not be fortunate enough to see the couple tie the knot in real life, but they may get to see them get married in the theater, at least. Fans are longing for their reunion in the speculated Twilight sequel!
Stewart’s current beau, St.Vincent, and Pattinson’s fiancée, FKA Twigs, may object to the idea, but we hope to see them back on screen soon. Amid wedding rumors, the stars are focusing on their fitness.
Robert Pattinson’s Diet and Workout
Pattinson doesn’t want to be a mountain of muscles, but he wants to be fit enough to showcase a body with a perfect shoulder waist ratio and toned arms and legs.
To attain his desired body, he put on muscles in back, arms, shoulders, and chest. Prior to starting any exercise, he does a five minute warm-up with cardio workouts like jumping, running, and walking. To tone his upper body, his workouts include back rows and push ups. Dumbbell side bands and crunches help him tone his lower body and gives him a perfect shape.
Pattinson eats five smalls meals a day to boost his metabolism and provide him with energy. He doesn’t believe in calorie counting, but keeps an eye on his weight and alters his diet accordingly. He doesn’t stick to protein shakes or protein-rich meats to bulk up muscles. His sample eating plan looks like this:
- Breakfast – Pattinson likes to eat iron-rich fruits, corn, and other nutritious foods for breakfast.
- Lunch – His lunch is low fat and protein-rich like chicken and fish.
- Snacks – He eats brown bread and boiled eggs, or sips fruit juices, low sugar beverages, or milk as a snack. He stays away from fattening foods like burgers and hot dogs.
- Dinner – His dinner is a combination of proteins and fibers. He eats boiled eggs, boiled chicken, and a few slices of bread.
Kristen Stewart’s Diet and Workout
Stewart is naturally blessed with a lean and slender body, but that doesn’t keep her away from working out. She works out to build stamina and to look and feel energetic. She admits to never working out before her 2012 movie Snow White and the Huntsman. The actress also stays away from heavy makeup and still looks gorgeous with her flawless skin and lustrous locks. Her beauty is definitely a result of her healthy diet and workout.
Her workout routine includes Pilates, running, squats, resistance exercises with free weights, and push ups. She works out regularly and also does yoga to relax her mind and body. She adores Bikram yoga as it helps her stay fit and healthy. Stewart is a good swimmer and an excellent dancer, which she also does to work out.
Stewart gave up alcohol and smoking which she once did a lot of. She consumes a protein-rich and low-calorie diet.
She loves to indulge in Chili Verde, which is a Mexican dish packed with pork, jalapeños, and tomatillos. Her other indulgences includes sushi, pasta, and pies, which she even prepares and enjoys with her friends.
Stewart and Pattinson have neither spoken about their reunion nor have they denied the rumors, but we’ll hopefully soon get some news!
