Ruby Rose At “xXx” Movie Premiere, Stuns the Red Carpet with Her Incredible Fit Shape

Before the release of xXx: Return of Xander Cage on January 20, 2017, the stars met up at the premiere of the movie in Mexico. Ruby Rose showed up at the xXx movie premiere dressed up in a flowing white jumpsuit flaunting her bare back and tattoos. She looked stunning with a slicked back hairstyle and smoky eyes as she posed showing off her incredibly fit shape and ripped abs.

Rose looked excited as she posed for a selfie with Vin Diesel and Instagrammed the snap. She captioned it, “I love my brother, my friend and my scene partner. Generous giving and beautiful. @vindiesel.”

xXx: Return of Xander Cage also stars former K-pop singer Kris Wu, Nina Dobrev, Donnie Yen, Deepika Padukone, Samuel L. Jackson, and Tony Jaa. In the movie Rose plays Adele Wolff, who appears to be one of Xander Cage’s accomplices.

Ruby Rose is also has roles in the upcoming films, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter and John Wick: Chapter 2. She is also starring in the American action horror film, Meg—a shark epic based on the novel of the same name, alongside Jason Statham. She plays Jaxx Herd, an engineering genius and the member of the marine research team in the movie. It is scheduled to be released on March 2, 2018, by Warner Bros.

Ruby Rose’s Fitness Secrets

Ruby Rose did not get that fit body overnight and has worked hard to attain it. She works out four to five times a week and admits to feeling great after workouts. She loves cardio, weight training exercises, and Soulcycle. HIIT circuit training and CrossFit are also a part of her routine and she is fond of sports, especially soccer.

The tough girl prefers working out on her own and hires a trainer only if she is preparing for a particular role. She does a full body work out with a combination of mountain climbers, scissors, and frogs to increase her heart rate and burn fat. She constantly changes up her workout routine to avoid feeling bored. Once a week she, goes through Active Recovery Training where she jogs for 15 to 20 minutes with a slow tempo.

Ruby Rose is against the dieting fad and knows how to stay fit. She loves to indulge and balances it out with a more intense gym session. She has a glass of wine and a cup of coffee everyday and enjoys a few pieces of chocolate daily. She loves to drink green and peppermint tea and refrains from eating red meat and junk foods. She has a nutrient-rich diet.

Ruby Rose day starts with healthy food and she eats muesli with soy yogurt or oatmeal and accompanies it with juice or a shake. Rose has fish and sauteed veggies and a cup of veggie soup for lunch, and most of the time, her dinner also consists of the same. She makes her bland snacks, like carrot sticks, more interesting with healthy dips. She also eats lots of fresh fruits and nuts.
