Gigi Hadid’s Workout

Hadid loves boxing, and includes some sparring moves to burn calories and tone her abs. “When you’re boxing, you get so into it mentally that you kind of forget what’s going on, you forget that you’re working out,” she tells Vogue, “[y]ou always want more.”

Her trainer, Rob Piela, describes her workout, which starts with jumping rope for lean legs, followed by boxing to strengthen her core. Hadid concludes her workouts with ballet-inspired floor exercises.

Hadid’s Clean Diet

Gigi Hadid —just like the rest of us—can’t always resist unhealthy, yet delicious, burgers and says that she changes her diet when she needs to.

“I can eat healthy when I want to and I can work out every single day and I can have the body for a certain runway show if I need to, but that doesn’t mean that I’m doing it in an unhealthy way,” she told Daily Mail Australia. “The biggest thing I always say is eat clean to stay fit, and then have a cheat day to stay sane,” she said.

Her daily diet is quite healthy, and her breakfast consists of eggs and proteins like baked beans. “I usually eat breakfast or have coffee before I do anything. I live near the Smile, and I love their scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. I drink orange juice and coffee always,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. “At home I love scrambled eggs and toast; it’s just an easy go-to. My boyfriend, being British, got me into breakfast beans, so that’s what I’ve been eating lately.”

For lunch Hadid eats arugula salad, and hits JG Melon for her favorite burger in New York City when the craving strikes. When it comes to sweets, she indulges in her favorite ice cream: Grasshopper Pie from Emack & Bolio’s on Houston Street.

When she wants to dine out, she heads to Bond Street for sushi. Just like the Smile, Bond Street is close to her place. When she is at home, she prefers cooking and enjoys watching movies.
