Sofia Vergara, the Colombian-American actress, shared a picture on Instagram of herself and her husband, Joe Mangianello, enjoying a romantic breakfast in Turks & Caicos.
Despite being married for already a year, they are clearly in love.

Vergara, despite being a gym hater, always confidently flaunts her svelte figure on the red carpet. How does she manage to do it?
Well, with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, whose clients include some of the biggest name in the industry: Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, and Angelina Jolie.
He makes sure Vergara enjoys working out. She does Pilates and goes to Spin class, and keeps altering her workouts to avoid getting bored.
Peterson is pretty disciplined in terms of diet, and insists the blonde avoid alcohol and sugar late at night.
His diet plan for Vergara also includes cutting carbs later in the day if she’s heading to an important event. Foods like rice, grains, pastas, oatmeal, and potatoes, as well as sodium, must be avoided as they make the body retain water.
Vergara tells Fox411 “Not too much food, not too much exercise, not too much anything. Everything in moderation. And, of course, wearing sun block, doing the things that your dermatologist tells you to do — that helps with the aging process.”
She tells Shape that confidence comes from within, no matter what kind of body type you have, find your best feature and show it off!
Vergara does treat herself to indulgences, but in moderation. For her beautiful body, she has a diet rich in veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. She craves cakes, and in case she overindulges, she makes it up by eating clean for a month.
Such a well-maintained lifestyle will definitely leave you with a beach-ready body!
