Victoria Justice had the cameras flashing at the amfAR Inspiration Gala in New York last month, where she showed off the results of her carbohydrate diet plan. The multi-talented entertainer left audiences ogling as she sauntered down one of New York’s hottest red carpets.

How Does Victoria Justice Keep Her Body Fit and Healthy?

Forget the fact that she’s just 23; Victoria Justice keeps her body fit and healthy by being active, keeping busy, and making sure she eats healthily most of the time. And contrary to many others out there working hard to stay lean, Justice makes sure she keeps carbohydrates in her daily diet plan. Without them, she wouldn’t have the energy to keep up with her busy work schedule and active lifestyle.

Carbohydrates are the body’s preferred source of energy, and eating good complex carbohydrate sources such as sweet potatoes, oats, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and rice offer sustained energy and plenty of micronutrients—the stuff you need to get the most from exercise.

Now, although Justice claims she doesn’t go to the gym, she does maintain a very active lifestyle. She keeps fit by staying on the go, while taking some time out of her busy day to burn calories through dance. She’ll go for the occasional walk or do body squats and lunges, but for the most part she lets her genetics, age, and lifestyle keep her in shape.

  • Grilled steak
  • Baked potato
  • Creamed spinach
  • Occasional ice cream or chocolate for dessert
